Empowering Couples

A strong, healthy marriage is the foundation of a strong, healthy family, and both are under constant attack in today’s world. The 2-n-1 Summit focuses on real-life issues that couples face every day. During the event, couples will have the chance to reconnect, share laughter, and even shed a few tears. With plenty of fun activities and interactive moments, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready for a date night with your spouse. After all, a holy spouse leads to a holy house!

Pastor Alfred and Dr. Irma Townsend, who have been married for over 40 years, are passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships. They understand the importance of the family, the first institution God created, and the enemy's tactics to destroy it. That’s why they were mandated to arm couples with tools to protect their marriages and families. This is how 2-n-1 Marriage Summits became a reality.

Summit Details:

  • Scripturally based content
  • Both spouses must attend together
  • Not your typical church setting (casual attire, open discussion, and music for couples)
  • Focuses on all three aspects of a couple: body, soul, and spirit
  • Addresses real-life couple and family issues
  • Highly interactive and participatory
  • Designed for 15 to 30 couples per session
  • Time: Typically, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays (dates and times are flexible)

Highlands Ability Battery Information

The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is an assessment tool designed to measure natural abilities through a series of objective work samples. It helps individuals understand their strengths and how they align with career and educational choices. The assessment consists of 19 virtual exercises that take about three hours to complete, and results are provided in a detailed report.
